-- The email is to be used to email the webmaster (Matt) with your weekly updates so he may know what to update your page with --The email may be used to send personal messages and messages to inform people of activities and is a resource to aide in planning activities --The email may not be used to send explicit messages and offensive material to scouts nor material that is derogatory to a scout, lets be a big happy family!! --messages deemed offensive and inappropriate for the intent of the troop email service will result in the use of the behavior policy and a scout can and will be written up and face the appropriate discipline following policy guidelines --The scoutmaster is to be informed of any problems with rule breaking using the troop's email server or any cyber bullying involving two scouts (go to your parents first)
