Starting November 19, 2009 & Ending September 10, 2010
Two awards will be given:
1 - The scout that hikes the most miles. 2 - The Den that has the highest average number of miles hiked per scout.
Rules (Sort of) 1. Hikes can be anywhere that is typically considered hiking - it can be on the Appalachian Trail or the trails at Greenhill Park, Carvins Cove, Mountain Lake, etc.
2. Each Scout, or the Den Leader if on a Den hike, must let Paul Jenkins know the number of miles hiked so we can keep track. This is a self reporting system.
3. Hikes can be family hikes, church hikes, part of a Cub Scout Camp or a Cub Scout sponsored event, etc.
Any questions - ask Paul Jenkins.
